First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)

Who the course is for…

Anyone (age 14+) who wants to learn more about mental health, how to support and advise someone who is experiencing a mental health difficulty and become a First Aider for Mental Health.

To do this course you will need…

No previous experience, but a willingness to learn about mental health and mental health conditions, to non-judgementally engage a person experiencing difficulties and how to provide first aid.
